Barring a brief spell at Aris Thessaloniki, Michal Probierz has spent the entirety of an almost two-decade managerial career in Poland, taking charge of the national team in September 2023 following a promising stint with Poland's U21s. He guided the Eagles to six unbeaten games in qualifying, including a penalty shootout victory over Wales in the play-off final.
